8.1 Installation - true stories

1. Installing the Macivory software from the CD failed at aound the
fourth stage. Installing from the floppies worked fine.

2. Reading the CD from an XL400 failed with "[Error encoding universal
time]". Apparently, the "Disk Restore" FEP command needs to have the
":Creation Date" option supplied (not shown on p.168 of SIG).

3. Using "Disk Restore" on the Macivory looked as if it would succeed
until it got an error around block 33000 of the 8.1 world. Try, try
again (but reboot and delete the world file first!)
