By the way, I read in a fairly authoritative place that some studies
seemed to show that lower levels of ELF were more dangerous than higher
levels.  So maybe Paul should be sitting closer to the monitor instead
of farther away and Peter should move up from 4 screens on his desk to
6 or 7.  Seriously, though, the present understanding of this phenomenon
is sufficiently deficient that it's hard to know whether any action you
take is helping, hurting, or ineffective.
