net help

While I wait for a hotline response . . .

We have a 3650 and a 3670 on the internet in
separate buildings with separate namespaces
which I (a non-qualified site administrator)
set up.  The 3650 can access the file system
on the 3670, telnet to other non-lispm's, too. 
But the 3670 can't access the 3650.  Actually, no other machines
can access the 3650 file system.  I have 
checked that secure subnets on both systems
are right. Both machines are 8.0.1. 

The 3650 responds to ping and mail service, but
not file. 

Any suggestions?
