It's not a good idea to use shortcuts like "GNU Copyleft applies".
Remember that this is a statement with legal significance.
If you leave it vague, it may not do its job right.
Legal language is like software; precise details can matter
even if a human can understand it nonetheless.

So use the words shown at the end of the General Public License,
and avoid an unnecessary risk.
