    The syntax:
    
      (REQUIRE (directory filename))
    
    Works nicely in that it looks first for a BIN file and then for a T
    file if no BIN file is found.
    
    Unfortunately, the second time T encounters the same REQUIRE form,

This is fixed in T 2.8.
