Distribution of T

To Whom it May Concern:
I am involved with a small artifical intelligence project at the Jet
Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California. We have been searching
for an implementation of LISP which (a) is reasonably execution and
space efficient, and (b) runs under Digital Equipment Corporation's
VAX/VMS operating system. Having used, and read about, T, it seems to
meet these criteria.
Thus, my question is, what are the distribution and licensing
arrangements involved in our acquiring a copy of the VAX/VMS version
of T? The acquision can either be by JPL, or by the California
Institute of Technology, if an academic installation is either desired
or required.
Thank you very much for your attention to this matter. If you would
like to contact me, I can be reached by ARPA mail at pettus@v.UCLA, or
