I received some bad information when I said that Apollo/t was
slower than Apple. The correct measurement is:
Apollo/Pascal 27 Sec.
Apollo/T 190 Sec.
Apple/Pascal 500 Sec.
Thus compiled Apple code is 2-3 times slower than compiled numeric
Apollo code. Maybe when Apple Pascal is compiled into native code,
the program will run in about 200 Secs.
Sorry about that,
John
