I see no real reason for there to be a DEFPROP in the first place.
Why should there be a FEXPR for storing things in property lists?
The only possible justification is for ease of typing toplevel forms,
so who cares what they return? For convience lets keep them returning the thing
whose property list is affected, this is gauaranteed to be something whose
printed representation is short, and is anologous with DEFUN.
