FLATC on pseudo-strings

    (flatc '"foobar") is 6, but of course if one prints "foobar", it occupies
    8 characters.  . . . 
Right, because (princ '"foobar") causes only 6 chars to come out -- if
you want to know about the double-quotes, then try FLATSIZE.
