Say, I dont think "(OPEN 4 'OUT)" should be legal. Shouldn't we
require "(OPEN '(4) 'OUT)" or even "(OPEN '(4) '(OUT))"???
Well, I think it would be a reasonable thing to not allow FIXNUMS as
namestrings. I suspect that htis can cause more screws then it cures.
I would like to hear GLS' opinion.
