It might be nice if the tab conventions within comments behaved
as though comments were text and the tab conventions within code behaved
as for code.
There is a command to which you can bind TAB to get this behaviour.
In brand S systems it is called COM-INDENT-FOR-LISP-COMMENTS-SPECIAL,
it's been around for years, so I'm sure it's in LMIT systems under some name.
