Subject: small bug in the DIRED copy command

The real solution is to
have the ZWEI copy command not request functions that the host cannot
TWENEX can do it, someone (DEC) just decided you shouldn't. I looked
at the monitor code and it just checks to make sure you're an enabled
whopr before letting you. Patch out one instruction and it will work.
Apparently they don't want people to hack stuff like that unless
they're a whopr, and so implicitly responsible (ha).
