mea culpa/apologies to symbolics

My msg whining about not getting a response from symbolics 
maint was intended to go to symbolics customer service, not
slug. No excuse except carelessness in naming aliases on my 
part. The original bug msg was sent to customer-reports, to
which I INTENDED to send the prod.

Again, my apologies to all at Symbolics, as I had no reason
to, or intention of, embarrassing them.

So, one more time, -  I'm sorry.
