OK, I just made a new Allegro CL image.  Its name is
   /usr/local/bin/cl3.1.13t
That last bit of info is mostly for techstaffers since i
made a link to it from
   /usr/local/bin/cl
Under this last path name it should work just fine.  I just
tested the foreign function interface, invoking covin's
testc.o module.  The load succeeded.

This image includes the X windows package but not composer.
Later tonight I'll install images without X, and with X and
composer.  They will be called 'cl-small' and 'cl-composer'.

Let techstaff know of any difficulties, and apologies for
the trouble in the first place.
