delete-package in ALCL 3.1.20

When I upgraded my NeXT to NeXTStep 2.0 I got an upgarde of ACL to 3.1.20
(dated 3/7/91). It does not support delete-package (or at least I could not
find it). Is this a bug? Is there an alternative function to it?
