Try KLOTZ;WEBSTER which installs ^R Dictionary Lookup Word on C-M-$.
It works on ITS.  I will merge it with the Twenex code soon.  This
routine uses a new algorithm for getting the word that is independent
of the current syntax table yet doesn't create a syntax table when
loaded.  If it makes people happy I will use the same method in 
M-$ to eliminate the apostrophe screw.
