Can we have C-M-$ in ITS Emacs?  I imagine that this hasn't been done yet
because of a concern that a net connection would have to be maintained,
but actually, the job could just be ephemeral.  Consider that if one needs
to look up a word, one needs to look it up, and it will take at least as
much time to leave Emacs and start up a Webster as to create a job, start
it, and kill it for each word.
