Working in <pwu.vlsitech> the emacs can not read *.bib files. It always
trapped in error handler. (*.bib is scribe bibliography file)
The problem was that Biblio Mode was looking for a function called BIBLIO,
finding Biblio Mode instead and going into an infinite loop. I renamed the
BIBLIO macro to BIBLIO Keys (on OZ).
