I have a microterm Twist terminal, which has 72 lines on the screen.
When I run emacs, it uses the whole screen, but when it exits it
seems to mark a region on my terminal of 24 lines, instead of the 72
that my terminal has. I find it annoying that I have to reset the terminal
each time I run emacs.
