Better to say <1-QIO> rather than <QIO-1>. Although the latter
will work in conjunctions e.g. "IFE USELESS*<QIO-1>" it will fail
in disjunctions e.g. "IFE USELESS+<1-QIO>". Probably using "\"
rather than "+" is a win too, but it cant hurt to use the positive
form of the negation. (??)
