Macsyma was broken with symptoms that pointed toward Lisp also being broken.
In Lisp, BOUNDP always returned true. UNBOUND atoms returned a random form
#67... something i forget.
The losing lisp has been saved in SYS;PURQIO 1750O. I copied ML's lisp over
and things seem to be going ok.
The symptoms that were happening to Macsyma if you get strange mail about
it is that Macsyma started with (C2) instead of (C1). Also, unbound vars
printed as 00000000 (number of 0's uncertain).
