Are you aware that if a LISP is set up to run with a highseg
origin of 600000, then the lowseg MUST be 600000 large at
all times, from the moment the LISP starts running? This is
a hardware limitation. Also, I am not sure that MIDAS supports
non-400000 highsegs.
