RZ pointed out that the UUF-Handler loses in *RSET mode because instead of
getting a break point, it just punts back to top level rather than breaking.
The handler just calls (ERR) and I don't see why this don't cause a break.
Any ideas from the LISP hackers?
Very simply, compiled calls to ERR work differently from interpreted
calls to ERR!!! Of course, this would seem to make no sense. As soon
as JONL confirms this, HIC is willing to fix it.
