Yes, I've been screwed many times by COMPLRS misuse of ARGS
property. In fact, some times COMPLR has the WRONG args property
for system functions!
It would be nice to have a user-hook into the part of COMPLR
(aye, theres the RUB, its probably spread all over COMPLR), which
decides what to do with unknown things. Given that there is no
"Function-descriptor" structure used, just random properties,
well, theres just no way to do anything reasonable.
