I dont know if this is a lispm bug, a remote host software bug, or a chaos net protocol
prbolem, but sometimes when I do
(telnet 'xx t)
the connection appears "half duplex"; i.e., local echo is still on. There doesnt seem
to be a telnet command to change this. It happens maybe 10% of the time or less, and
I cant reproduce it.
