Main memory parity errors encountered on some machines
on the cold boot after a power up can be caused by references to the
CPT video buffer before the sync program is loaded.
The new version of LISPM;LTOP sets up the CPT sync at an earlier stage
to attempt to prevent this.
This has eliminated the problem in the cases I have observed,
however, it is still possible for the microcode to make a few
references trying to hack the disk run-bar, etc.
If such parity errors are noted after loading the latest version of LTOP,
please report them.
