':GET ':QFASLP does not work on streams opened in ASCII mode, just
:FIXNUM or :PROBE. Perhaps someone thinks this is a feature, but what i
want to do is open a file assuming it is text, and then if it is
determined to be compiled after all find the source for the qfasl and
load that instead. Currently there is no way to do this without another
OPEN call.
