No, the only way to get rid of that pop-up window is with the mouse.
?. Clicking the mouse on any part of the window partially covered by
that window makes the pop-up window go away, which seems quite
straightforward and easy. I don't see what point there would be to
a keyboard command to substitute for a non-unwieldy mouse operation.
