Interrupt a process with ESC B, and then type C-L. The message displayed
is "No error message for this error". It should print something more
informative, and mention that C-C is the way to continue.

c-C is always the way to continue. I have fixed the random error message
(and sometimes error in the error handler), but only in the new-window-system
version of the error handler; it was caused by things being modularized wrong.
