Telnet on ITS uses the arpanet. :SUPDUP AI /ARPA will use the arpanet
on ITS. On the Lisp Machine, you can specify a path to be used for
Telnet/Supdup, but I'm not sure whether (SUPDUP 'AI<alt>MC) really does
the right thing. Instead of kludging, though, it seems to me that you
should find someone to fix AI.
