In system 26.4, with microcode 616, on LISP Machine Seven:

I got hung in NETO when trying to write out my edit buffer to MC, MC died in the
middle, and the machine sat in NETO for about 20 secs, so I tried to CALL out
of it (with sequence breaks on for clock and keyboard), and I couldn't,
so I presume interrupts were somehow locked out. I assume it was an oversight
that interrupts managed to get locked out for such long periods of time. This
should be fixed.
