Why is it that this evening when the AI Chaos-11 wasn't working well (as
far as I could tell, anyway) -- I could not access AI from either LISPM
supdup or LISPM telnet yet from MC I could access AI from telnet though
not supdup... I suspect this means that it is using AI as a stepping stone
to ARPA in some way. Can it be told that using MC when AI is down is a good
thing so I don't have to go through double <Break>'s etc to Arpa-connect
