I'm not sure that the PROG1 examples are wrong to optimize,
since nobody is really so sure about whether PROG1 "ought" to pass
back multiple values. The right way to say you want only one value to
use VALUES. It was certainly a bug that this didn't work. It is
fixed in the source now (P2VALUES, in QCP2).
