    In world 78 at PARC, put a peek in Areas mode and shrink the window
    height down to a line or two including WORKING-STORAGE-AREA.  Expose
    a small listener and another small window, and click left alternately
    on them, or repeatedly in the label area of the peek.  Each click
    eats 64 cells.
So?  Isn't the window system allowed to CONS?
