In System 78.17, ETHER 22.0, microcode 840, on Xerox Lisp Machine Two:
I don't understand the behavior of the Existing Lisp option in the Split
Screen menu (under the system menu). It doesn't give a menu of choices
and as likely as not makes a new Lisp Listener anyway.
It does the same thing as the CALL key; finds a Lisp listener which isn't
doing anything, or if there isn't one makes one. I don't know whether
this is a good idea for either of these.
