In System 78.15, ZMail 38.1, microcode 836, 60Hz, on Lisp Machine One:

In Zwei while trying to write out a buffer to a file on host MIT-SPEECH (C-X C-W)
loses with the error "22 is not meaningful in refname USER". This is also
the case for C-X C-F (although the error is now "13 is not ...") as long as the
file really exists on my TOPS-20 directory. If I try finding a nonexistent file
it wins.
