  CADR-7 is broken. When attempting to cold boot it does its
copy band stuff ("ka-chunka, ka-chunka, ka-chunka... ") and
then halts. No machine error indicator lights are lit, it
just stops at some random control memory location. The machine
has no problems with CC-TEST-MACHINE.
