on Arthur Dent:

More a gripe than a bug, specifically:

When I do a DIRED on a Unix filesystem, * (as in "cipg: /u/wdh/*") 
doesn't default to include files starting with . (eg, .login, .cshrc, 
etc.)

This is a real annoyance.  Is there either:
	a) some subtlety I've missed about specifying pathnames
	b) a fix (either in DIRED or (god forbid) in the server)
