Split Screen

In ZWEI in System 98.60, CADR 3.7, ZMail 53.17, MIT-Specific 22.1,
microcode 309, gc@36, on Lisp Machine Two:

Bring up the ZMACS command menu (right click), select Split
Screen, and then choose some buffer.  You get an error
complaining of insufficient room to show the layout window.
