completing ZWEI reader

In ZWEI in System 98.78, CADR 3.10, ZMail 53.19, MIT-Specific 22.5,
microcode 309, ZM MIT d, on Arthur Dent:

Priority: low

When I do meta-. and go into the minibuffer it says (completion) in 
parens.  This is not the case, as it doesn't have a way of doing something
useful with the different function names.  Typing help in fact will even
claim there are no possibly completions of the text you have typed.
(Try meta-. bu<Help> (ie. bug) for a quick example. )
