M-X Find Any when sys host is down.

In Symbolics 3600 Release 6.0, IP-TCP 29.0, AISite 9.4,
microcode TMC5-MIC 319, FEP 24

I did M-X find any when my sys host was down.  When I entered the
debugger it typed out in the documentation font, not in cptfont.
Instead of entering the debugger it should just have said something like
"documentation inaccessable -- look in section <foo>" like it does when
you delete some documentation files.

Finally: when it works, you can't click (e.g. for overviews) on things
displayed via c-sh-D.
