meeting time

I'm willing to change to meeting from 4 to 6 or even in the evening if
there are too many conflicts. 

(I understand there is a meeting of the editorial committee at 2 and a
meeting of the character committee from 1:30 to 3:30, and I want to
avoid conflicts. Do any of you know if the editorial committee meeting
is scheduled to last for more than two hours?)

I'll can just have copies made of the issues that are ready or nearly
ready for release, and if there are any serious corrections or changes
to any of them, we can either not distribute them or else describe the
changes in the meeting itself.
