I'm inclined to agree with Moon on this. However, I wasn't around when the
SETF-FUNCTION-VS-MACRO issue was voted on, so I don't know what arguments
were raised against it. The current proposal looks like a recipe for
disaster, since this name/spec distinction is going to confuse people and
raise lots of questions about which can be used where.
