My notes say...

 A motion to reconsider this issue passed N-2.
 A motion to revoke version 7 and replace it with version 5 was made.
  Walter van Roggen proposed we amend it to make all CLOSE return values
  unspecified.
  The motion to amend failed on a 3-4-N vote.
  A recount was requested because people aren't permitted to abstain on
  technical issues.
  The motion still failed on a 6-8 vote.
 The original motion (to replace v7 with v5) passed unamended 12-0.
