Until we get this voting business sorted out, I intend to keep raising
issues on the mailing list, discussing them, turning them into specific
proposals, and finally "submitting the proposals to the technical
committee". That means putting the proposals on a list for now, and
we'll try to make decisions at whatever rate we decide is feasible.
I suppose if there gets to be a huge backlog of proposals, I suppose
we'll have to declare a moratorium on raising new issues or turning old
issues into proposals. But I'm afraid that if we stop now, we'll never
regain what little momentum we've been able to generate in the last few
weeks, and people will give up on us altogether.
