Emulation of TV: menu functions

A package that emulates Symbolics TV: menu functions under CLIM is
now available via anonymous FTP from host ai.sri.com.  Connect
to directory pub/pkarp/lisp/ctv-menu and retrieve the files found
there.

The package includes emulation of tv:menu-choose, tv:choose-variable-values,
tv:multiple-choose (choosing multiple properties for multiple items using
check boxes), and of choosing multiple properties for multiple items.

Please report problems and improvements back to me.
