More about colors

      We're using xlib:put-image to display color bitmaps in a clim window.
The problem we're having is that the colormap of our x-terminal changes 
over time, which affects the colors of the bitmap.  What we what to do is
to set the colormap of our x-terminal before we load our bitmap.  Has 
anyone tried this?
