CLIM 1.0 manual

How can I obtain a copy of the CLIM 1.0 manual?  In particular, can I
FTP it?  I found the 2.0 manual, but I suspect that it doesn't help
much if I want to start programming in it now.

This may be a frequently asked question, but I am not on this list, so
please bear with me.  And please e-mail replies directly to me.  I am
sure that most people on this list do not need this information.
