There is a new version of scigraph on the clim library.

It is "mostly" ported to MCL thanks to Sheldon Ball
<ssb@fiona.umsmed.edu>.  I would like to invite some more
MCL users to give it a try.  Report bugs and send any fixes
to me, as usual.

Terry O'Donnell <terry@maxwell.rl.plh.af.mil> helped identify
and fix some problems preventing the system from loading into
Genera.

There are a small pile of bug fixes that apply to all platforms.

There are two new demo functions:
(graph::make-bar-demo) that shows what bar graphs look like, and
(graph::save-sample-graph) that writes a postscript file with a graph in it.

In summary, scigraph now runs in the lisps: lucid, allegro, genera, and mcl.
It runs in the clims: 0.9, 1.1, and 2.0.
