There was a CLIM 1.1 interface builder by Systemhaus Symbolics (Germany)
and FZI. At least one of the developers (Jens Herder from Symbolics)
intended to but it in the PD, since Symbolics German no longer develops
with CLIM, but this never happend. Perhaps one should ask Ingo Kriescher if
he would allow to put the old CLIB version on a file server
